PTFE Wire, Pre-Cut, Per Piece

Pre-cut PTFE wire.

• PTFE: MIL-W-16878/4 Type E 19-strand 20 and 24 AWG wire is from a US/EU-based wholesaler.  This is actual specification wire, not a copy or approximation.  Upper operating temperature is 200°C.

Considerations:

• Sold per piece.
  
• Color: Black.
  
• Minimum Length = Ordered Length.
• Maximum Length = Ordered Length plus greater of 1.5cm or 2%.
• Custom Length: Contact us.
• Packaging: Same-length PTFE wires will be bundled together.
  

Things I've learned along the way:

• PTFE has some electrostatic attraction to dust and hair.  It's easy to clean, but it does like to get dirty!
• PTFE wire is coated with silver and will oxidize when left open to air.
• PTFE will tangle if not managed!
